Contains a largely complete run of more than 30 years of business business diaries spanning much of Arthur Raymond Sloman's career. The content of these diaries is largely confined to his numerous overseas trips, and includes technical notes from site visits, some diagrams, business cards and personal ephemera.

Sloman's son Bill noted that day to day diary entries were recorded by his secretary and, if preserved, these diaries or part thereof will be in the Associated Pulp and Paper Mills archives.
