The first minutes in the book are "Minutes of Annual General Meeting of the Australian Society of Immunologists - Great Court Grove, University of Western Australia, Perth, 7th December, 1970". This is believed to be the first formal annual general meeting of the society, and starts with the motion that a Constitution be adopted.

The final minutes are "Minutes of the Australian Society for Immunology Annual General Meeting, Australian National University, Canberra, Thursday, December 10, 1981".

The book appears to include a complete set of Annual General Meeting and Council Meeting minutes between these two dates.
