This series consists of copies of data from the Commonwealth Employment Service files recording the clients for whom a diagnosis of epilepsy was entered during 1959. The index cards record the client's name, address, personal details, occupation, nature of employment, employment history, qualifications, factors affecting placement, general action, referrals, C.E.S. interviewer and date. The information was ultimately used in a study on epilepsy and community attitudes conducted by the Social Studies Department at the University of Melbourne.

Series 7 contains completed questionnaires titled: "Study on Church and People - Questionnaire on 'What you think of the Church'", and handwritten notes regarding the study. As outlined in these notes: "In 1960 a questionnaire based study was carried out among adherents of the Presbyterian and Methodist churches in Richmond. The study was under the direction of the Rev. Alan F. Reid of the Presbyterian Church and the Rev. Robert R. U'Ren of the Methodist Church ... The population covered was all known adherents of the two denominations resident in Richmond." Also included are census forms, being Methodist responses from the St. Stephen's Chuch of England, Richmond, Parish Census of 1957.
