| Description | Includes a variety of management and administrative files and paperwork, from correspondence and forms, to stationery price lists and logs of taxi trips, to technical communications and documents regarding the closure of the plant. A number of records feature the name D. R. Harris or his initials typed, handwritten, or marked on distribution lists. Others are similarly linked to Alan R. Barlee, through either his name, or by the use of alpha-numeric filing codes from the General Manager's filing index (see Series 4) which are handwritten on some papers. The provenance of Pigment Manufacturers of Australia Limited has been assigned to this series as it was not possible to determine a finer provenance attribution. Also included are files pre-dating the formation of PMA Ltd, which have been assigned the provenance of Pigments Plant at Laverton. |
