This seminar series was 'intended to survey the present state of knowledge on Aboriginal prehistory and the environment of pre-European Australia' [see Seminar Series Programme]. Seminars took place between 10 October 1968 and 22 November 1968.

Diane Elizabeth Barwick presented a paper at this seminar series entitled 'Population Changes in Victoria Over a Century'. Her paper is not included in this inventory item.
