Geologist and Geographer

Born: 27 January 1864 England. Died: 2 June 1932.

Gregory was the first Professor of Geology, University of Melbourne from 1900 and was Director of the Geological Survey of Victoria from 1901-04. He left Melbourne in 1904 to take up a chair at the University of Glasgow.
